David Jelinek again proved his improving form, when he was a big part of his Joventut Badalona's effort against Valencia - this year's EuroCup participant - 81:73. David spent 23 minutes on the floor and managed to score 12 points and grab 3 rebounds.  More

Vojtech Hruban, one of the stars of current season of Czech Mattoni NBL decided to sign with PPGroup. Vojtech is that the moment 6th scorer (17.7pts/g) and 12th in ranking (18.2val/g) among the whole NBL and is one of the key players of his team USK Prague. All of that at the age of just 22.  More

Jaromir Bohacik ('92) had his best game in Czech Mattoni NBL so far. In 24th round his BK Prostejov played a game against Chomutov and during an easy win 101:72 Jaromir had an almost perfect performance. In 24 minutes on the floor he managed to score 15 points (2s-6/6, FTs-3/3), 6 rebounds and 4 received fouls, which added up to ranking of 21. Congratulations!  More

Another meeting of best players of the Czech highest competition has ended. At the traditional All-Star Game, the biggest spotlight was stolen by Tomas Vyoral, who won the Skills Challenge competition and by Lukas Palyza, who was, with his 15 points, voted MVP of the U23 match.  More

After their first game in the top16 stage of Eurochallenge Cup Pardubice, despite the loss, have nothing to be ashamed of. After a close game with favourites of Besiktas Istanbul they will take home a 78:70 loss. One of the key components of the good performance was Petr Bohacik, who was best scorer of his team with 20 points.  More

Pavel Houška is confirming his leader status in the team BK Decin. In the tournament, that took place in Decin, he made 31! points against the Polish team Anwil Wloclawek and carried his team to the 1st place in the tournament.  More

Balvín was named like the best Center at the U20 European Championship. Czech National team won the third place but the progress to the division A was over.
The points leader of the Czech National Team was Tomas Vyoral (8 games:  16.9ppg, 4.9rpg, 1.8apg,). Ondrej Balvin was the best in rebounds and blocks. Also Ondrej Peterka (9 games: 12.8ppg, 5.0rpg, 2.3apg) played well on the tournament.  More

Today the NBA Basketball without Borders event kicks off in Ljubljana , Slovenia with an invite for Jan Svandrlik of Unicaja Malaga! The event will welcome 50 players from over 25 countries, born 1994 and younger. The camp will last for 4 days and the players will have the opportunity to meet a European legend, Toni Kukoc.

A fantastic result tonight of the Czech National Team U16, Division A European Championships was finished by a win against Spain. Radovan Kouril and Martin Peterka led their team to a narrow win, and we beleive a great start in the tournament! Radovan finished the game with 24 points, 7 assists, 3 steals and 1 block. Martin had 16 points and and incredible tally of 16 rebounds.  More

David Jelinek a Tomas Satoransky were voted into the  All Star 5 in Treviso. Two young PPGroup players made the great tournament and showed to all NBA scouts their huge talent. Satoranský played well on the combo position SG/PG, whereas these positions are his NBA positions. David Jelinek showed his NBA three-point shot ability with sniper-like precision. Both players carried on their excellent performances from the ACB, where they were ranked amongst the top most improved players in the best European League.  More

The best three-point sniper in the Czech basketball history Pavel Milos surpassed 7000 points. In the last semifinal match in Prostejov Pavel scored 15 points and became the fourth place between Czech historical scorer leaders. It's another success in his rich career.  More

Pavel Bosak and his team from Nitra won second place in the Slovak Extraliga. In the fifth final match Nitra could not hold home-court advantage and lost 58:70. Pavel scored at 24 minutes, 13 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assist, 3 steal, 1blok.  More

Tomas Satoranský, who is the starting point guard of Cajasol Sevilla won the silver medal in the Eurocup. In the final tournament held in Treviso Tomas led his Cajasol to a victory in the semifinals against the  home team Benetton Treviso. He played very well in the final against Russian Unics Kazan, but  Sevilla narrowly missed the battle for the title. The second place is a great success for the  just 19 year old young man.  More
